TWIST, “Towards more Inclusivity in Science and Technology”, is an initiative born from a group of scientists across the different life science institutions in Basel (D-BSSE (ETH), UniBasel, SwissTPH, FMI), aiming to create a network to empower and connect people from underrepresented groups in STEM within the Basel area. We organize several events that encourage people to interact, create new opportunities and address issues surrounding careers and education in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
